Mary Ross Morton, 93, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, at her home in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home with interment to follow at Ecru Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, from 2 p.m. until service time at Coleman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Allen Morton, and sister Sara Townsend.

She is survived by daughter Carolyn Morton of Oxford; son Dr. Allen Ross Morton of Henderson, Texas; four granddaughters, three great-grandsons and other relatives.
