SEC play begins with a New Year’s Eve party at The Pavilion at Ole Miss as the Rebels host 2017 Final Four participant South Carolina. The conference opener, which starts at 5 p.m., will be broadcast on ESPN2. The Rebels will kick off the 2018 calendar year on the road, traveling to Georgia on Jan. 3 (5:30 p.m., SEC Network).

A rivalry matchup will be the first game played at The Pavilion in 2018 with the Rebels hosting Mississippi State on Jan. 6 (3:30 p.m., SEC Network). Andy Kennedy’s squad then hits the road for three of the next four games. The stretch consists of contests at Auburn Jan. 9 (8 p.m., ESPNU), Texas A&M Jan. 16 (8 p.m., SEC Network) and Arkansas Jan. 20 (2:30 p.m., SEC Network).

Thursday night home games versus Alabama (Jan. 23) and Auburn (Jan. 30) will both take place on SEC Network with tip times set for 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively. On Feb. 3 (5 p.m., SEC Network) the Rebels play at Tennessee before hosting Missouri on Feb. 6 (8 p.m., SEC Network). Ole Miss goes through another span of playing three of four on the road with trips to LSU on Feb. 10 (3 p.m., ESPNU), Mississippi State on  Feb. 17 (7:30 p.m., SEC Network) and Missouri on Feb. 20 (8 p.m., ESPN2) to go along with a home game versus Arkansas on Feb. 13 (6 p.m., SEC Network).

The Rebels square off against Tennessee for the second time on Feb. 24 (12 p.m., SEC Network), at home, before closing out the month of February with a trip to Kentucky Feb. 28 (6 p.m., ESPN2). Ole Miss and Kentucky are the only two schools to finish .500-or-better in SEC play in each of the past six seasons. Closing out the 2017-18 regular season, the Rebels host Vanderbilt March 3 (7:30 p.m., SEC Network).

In non-conference play, Ole Miss will conclude the MGM Grand Main Event in Las Vegas, Nov. 22, on either ESPNU or ESPN2. The Rebels will also battle the Texas Longhorns on ESPN2, Jan. 27, as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge. Tip-off times and television designations for the remainder of the Rebels’ non-conference will be released at a later date.

The Rebels will begin their season Nov. 3 with an exhibition matchup against Blue Mountain College, coached by Ole Miss graduate and former Rebel staffer Jon Nevol. Along with earning two degrees from Ole Miss, Nevol served on Kennedy’s staff for eight seasons (four as student manager, two as graduate assistant, two as video coordinator). Tip-off versus Nevol’s Toppers is slated for 6 p.m. CT at The Pavilion.
