Mrs. Drucilla (Drue) Davis LeGrand, age 88 passed away on Nov. 8, 2017 at Baptist Memorial

Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford, Miss. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born on March 10, 1929. She lived in Texas until 1948 when she married Robert (Bob) Earl Davis, Sr. She and Bob, along with two of their children, moved to Oxford in 1955. She was preceded in death by Bob in 1978. In 1980, she married Edwin (Ed) C. LeGrand, Jr. and his two sons Eddie and John. Ed preceded her in death in 1992. Mrs. LeGrand was employed at Ole Miss for 29 years.

She leaves behind her daughter Judy Davis of Oxford, Miss. her son Bob (Lynn) Davis and his wife Lynn of Tremont, Miss Ill, son Jeff Davis and wife Linda of Batesville, Miss, son Ed (Shelly) of Pelahatchie, Miss, and son John (Susan) of D’Iberville, Miss. Mrs. LeGrand is also leaving behind a host of treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials to Mrs. LeGrand may be made to The University of Mississippi Foundation, the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation or a favorite charity.
