Cascielle Earnest Little, 62, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-East in Memphis, Tenn.

The funeral service will be held Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday evening, Nov. 30, 2017, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in West Hall at Waller Funeral Home and then beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church on Friday.

Born in Maben, Miss, to the late Elvin and Billie Paxton Earnest, Cascielle was a retired accountant and homemaker. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church where she participated in the Maranatha Sunday School Class. She was a member of Coterie and a Master Gardener. Cascielle had the gift of arranging gorgeous flowers, planning wonderful holidays and making all things beautiful. She was a professional grandmother and her grandchildren lovingly referred to her as Sweetie.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Nelson Kent Little of Oxford, Miss; her daughters, Marcie Sherman and her husband, Aaron of Oxford, Miss, Stephanie Hollis and her husband, Jonathon of Oxford, Miss and Courtney Claire Little of Oxford, Miss; son, Paxton Little and his wife, Beth of Oxford, Miss; brother, James Earnest of Madison, Miss and five grandchildren.
