The Oxford High girls soccer team defeated Tupelo 4-1 on Thursday night in Tupelo. Oxford’s Morgan O’Conner scored two goals in the first half as Oxford took a 3-0 lead into halftime. In the second half, Addison Mills scored a goal on a penalty kick and Oxford went up 4-0. Tupelo would score midway in the second half to make the score 4-1.

Tupelo defeated Oxford 2-1 in the boys match. Keaton Calhoon scored Oxford’s only goal of the match on an assist from Bennett Shull.
