Oxford man charged with sexual battery

- On Thursday, April 5, the Oxford Police Department arrested Quinterio Bailey(23 of Oxford, MS.) for sexual battery. On 02-05-2018, the Oxford Police Department began a sexual assault investigation. During the course of this investigation, Bailey was identified as a suspect and charges were filed on him. Bailey was given a bond of $5,000.
The Oxford Police Department arrested an Oxford man on a charge of sexual battery Thursday.
According to reports, OPD started an investigation into a possible sexual assault on Thursday and during the course of that investigation, charged Quinterio Bailey, 23, of Oxford, with sexual battery.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $5,000 bond.
