Candy Minton, 69, of Olive Branch, Miss., passed away at her home on April 18, 2018. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Peterson and Rev. Randy Hope officiating. Burial will follow in Abbeville Cemetery. The visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10 a.m. until service time.

Candy was born in Oxford on April 14, 1949. She attended Abbeville grade school and later graduated from Northwest Mississippi Community College with an Associate’s Degree in nursing.

Candy was preceded in death by her mother, Maureen Hunter and sister, Melodye Hardin.

She is survived by her husband, Ken Minton; three daughters, Ashley Nicole Minton of Southaven, Miss., Courtney Denise Minton and Tonya Neal, both of Olive Branch; two sons, Stanley Neal and Todd Neal, both of Olive Branch; father, Stanley Kesler of Olive Branch; two sisters, Dana Blake of Memphis, Tenn., and Tina Barker of Mount Juliet, Tenn., and five grandchildren, Kinsley Neal, Kristina Towles, Rylie Needham, Isabella Herrera and Lily Herrera.
