Como man arrested for felony DUI
The Oxford Police Department arrested Bryan Martin, 54, of Como, at approximately 7:32 p.m. on June 30 after receiving a 911 call about a possible intoxicated individual leaving the Square.
OPD officers located the vehicle on South Lamar Boulevard and conducted a traffic stop after Martin made a traffic violation. Officers launched a DUI investigation, during which they learned he had at least three prior DUI convictions.
Martin was subsequently arrested and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked for DUI 4th, careless driving and no driver’s license. He was given a bond of $10,500 by a Justice Court Judge.
