Bobbie Samuels, 86, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, in Houston, Miss. She was born Jan. 2, 1932 in Oxford to the late Joseph and Frances Turner Kelley.

Visitation is Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley from noon until 2 p.m. Funeral services will follow visitation, with burial in Cold Springs Cemetery, Sardis, Miss.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Dwight) Rhyne of Houston; one step-daughter, Patricia Hendricks of Water Valley; two grandchildren, John Michael Rhyne of Houston and Lisa Bollinger of Banner, Miss. and three great-grandchildren.
