Loy C. McMinn, 85, of Water Valley, Mississippi, died peacefully Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, at Yalobusha General Care Facility with family by her side. She was born December 29, 1933. Loy worked many years as a hair dresser in Memphis as well as Water Valley and loved serving her community and her church.

Visitation is planned for Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Services will begin at 11 a.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Dr. Randy Bain officiating.  Arrangements were entrusted to Seven Oaks.
