Dorothy E. Wingo Bray, 79, died Wednesday, Jan.30, 2019, at the Senatobia Health and Rehab facility. The funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Eastover Memorial Cemetery in Oxford, Mississippi. The visitation will be held prior to the service at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
