Alton “Bub“ Blaker, 84, of Grenada, Mississippi,  died Saturday, March 2, 2019, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Grenada. He was born April 24, 1934, in Water Valley, Mississippi, to the late Alton and Laverene Blount Blaker.   He enjoyed hunting, fishing, restoring old cars, and visiting friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held Monday, March 4, 2019, and services were held on Tuesday March 5, 2019, at 2 p.m. with a brief service at 12 p.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Billy Childs officiating.   Seven Oaks Was in Charge of arrangements.
