Laticia (Tish) McMinn, 67, of Oxford, Mississippi, died Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi, in Oxford.  She was born October 31, 1951, to Leon McMinn and the late Reba Mills McMinn. Tish was retired and had many joys in her life which included working puzzles, canning, fishing, but nothing compared to her love for her family. She was a member of Oasis Church in Oxford and had a tremendous desire to live out The Lord’s teaching by serving others.

Visitation is planned for Friday April 5, 2019, in the Gardiner Room at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Services will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2019, in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Vincent Anderson officiating. Burial will be in McMinn Cemetery with Steve McMinn, Craig McMinn, Craig Anderson, Pate McMinn, Joseph Fowler and Eric Thweatt serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Fowler, Charlie Woods, and Albert Willingham.

Tish is survived by one son, Corey Smith, of Brandon, Mississippi; her father, Leon McMinn, of Oxford, two brothers, Steve McMinn, of Oxford, and Craig McMinn (Sandra), of Cookeville, Tennessee; three sisters, Deniese Thweatt, Phyllis Anderson (Craig), both of Oxford, and Cindy Fowler (Joe), of Centerville, Alabama. Along with her mother, Tish was preceded in death by one grandson, Noah Smith.
