Lamar Tatum, formerly of Oxford, passed away peacefully at his home in Nashville, Tenn., on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019. Waller Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.

His father, Leon Tatum; mother, Margie Holland Bland; and sister, Kaye Crawford preceded him in death.  He is survived by his sons, Paul Tatum and Joel Tatum; his sister, Brenda Kilpatrick, and her husband (Bobby); and brother-in-law, Bobby Crawford, and his special friend, Thelma Engleman. There will be a private ceremony.

In Lieu of flowers, Lamar wants donations sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
