Wilma Sue Tubbs, 69, of Water Valley, Miss. died peacefully Monday, Sept. 3, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. She was born Sept.  8, 1949 in Pope, Miss., to the late Hershel and Wilma (Kehoe) Sartin and served her family by being a homemaker.

Visitation was held Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. with services following at

4 p.m. with Bro. Rick Glidewell officiating. Seven Oaks was entrusted with arrangements.
