Vivian D. Swain, 79, passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at her home in Oxford. There are no services planned at this time. Coleman Funeral 

Mrs. Swain was known to be very creative. She loved working with arts and crafts in her free time. However, her pride and joy were her yard and flower gardens. Mrs. Swain loved nothing more than spending time with her family every chance she got. 

Mrs. Swain is survived by her husband, John Swain, of Oxford; one daughter, Shari Watts, of Oxford; three sons, Jeffery (LaDean) Swain and Evan Scott (Paige) Swain, both of Oxford, and Elliott (Renea) Swain, of Pontotoc, Miss.; two sisters, Cyndia Manning Manor, of Panama City, Fla., and Laura Edenfield, of Estill, S.C.; four brothers, Floyd Manning, of Leland, Miss., Darrel Manning, of Greenville, Miss., and Ellis (Dottie) Manning and Jim Manning, both of Star City; 4 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
