A man who was last seen by the Lafayette and Union County line earlier this month was found dead on Tuesday, according to the Union County sheriff.

Larry Scott McQuary’s body was discovered on County Road 14 in New Albany around 11 a.m. McQuary’s truck was spotted by someone who was driving down CR 14 and called the Union County Sheriff’s Department.

When deputies arrived they found McQuary, 49, dead inside the truck. Sheriff Jimmy Edwards told the media that foul play was not suspected in McQuary’s death and they will not investigate further into the matter out of respect to the family.
