Amber Cabebe Allen, 35, passed away Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn. 

Visitation was held on Friday, Dec. 13, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Bethlehem Church of the Lord Jesus Christ (88 Overton Road, Potts Camp, MS 38659). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at 1 p.m., also at Bethlehem Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Interment will be at the church cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Allen was a very creative person. She loved to do crafting and scrapbooking. She was also a very talented florist, baker, and decorator. 

Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, John Leslie Allen, Jr., of Potts Camp, Miss.; two sons, Tristan Lucero Allen, of Potts Camp, and Cameron Vincent Barranco, of Oxford; one step-son, Johnathan Travis Allen, of Pontotoc, Miss; her parents, Timothy and Brenadette Sockwell, of Hawaii; and two brothers, Shaun Timothy Sockwell, of New Orleans, La., and Micah Cabebe Sockwell, of Bei Jing, China.
