Brent Shaw McPhail, 56, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, Miss. The memorial service will be Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Lipe officiating. The visitation was held prior to the service from 1:30 p.m. until service time.

 Born in Memphis, Tenn., to the late Bernice Brooks and Mary Louise Shaw McPhail, Brent was the owner of Brent’s Custom Cabinetry and furniture. He was a master craftsman and enjoyed woodworking. His beautiful work can be seen in many homes, businesses, offices, and schools across North Mississippi and many other states. He was a member of Yellow Leaf Baptist Church and attended Pine Lake Church. Brent enjoyed fishing.  Brent loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.

 He is survived by his wife, Gina Holley McPhail; sons, Joshua R. McPhail and Zackery B. McPhail; sister, Charlotte Leigh McPhail; brothers, Ben T. McPhail and David B. McPhail; and a grandson, Kayden Brooks McPhail, all of Oxford.
