Carol T. Welch, 80, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford. 

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, form 4 p.m. to  6 p.m. at Freesprings UMC in Harmontown, Miss. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Welch played softball with her daughter for Harmontown Baptist Church and was lovingly known as “Big C.” She worked for 25 years as a Casino Host at Samstown Casino in Tunica, Miss. 

Mrs. Welch is survived by her daughter, Tammie Terrill, of Harmontown, Miss.; grandson, Joey Terrill, and his wife, Felicia, of Harmontown; two grandchildren, Makenzye and Layla Terrill; and two nephews, Steven Reitz and John Reitz of Chicago, Ill.
