On March 23, an affidavit was filed in Justice Court for Charles Montgomery for aggravated assault.

Montgomery, 34 of Oxford, allegedly hit a victim with a vehicle. He was arrested and booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center on March 31 and released on a $2,000 bond, according to LCDC records.
