Etta man charged with Arson, Second-degree Arson

On Wednesday September 15, 2021, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office Investigators and a Lafayette County Fire Investigator, arrested 36-year-old Benjamin Paul Forester of Etta MS for one count of Arson and one count of Second-Degree Arson.
Forester was is being held at the Detention Center on a $100,000.00 bond, set by a Justice Court Judge.
