Oxford man charged with two counts of Grand Larceny

The Lafayette County Metro Narcotics arrested Richard Bowen, 34, of Oxford for two counts of Grand Larceny.
On October 29, 2021 Lafayette County Justice Court Judge set Bowen a $25,000 bond.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
