The Mississippi Lottery Commission routinely reports winners in the state’s scratch off games offered at many convenience stores and other retail businesses.

This week, the commission said an Oxford man recently won $2,000 on a $20- Triple Diamond Payout ticket purchased from Powell’s Country Store in Batesville.
