A portion of East Jackson Avenue will be closed Monday morning for construction.
From 7 to 11 a.m., traffic heading east from Oxford Square and west from Bramlett Boulevard will be closed to through traffic while city crews work at the intersection of East Jackson and South 17th Street.
Signage will be placed in the area to inform drivers of the work.
Use extreme caution while traveling through the area. According to the city, traffic is expected to resume normal operations by lunch.
