Connie’s Chicken held a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Oxford-Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. Co-owner Nickle Smith welcomed everyone to their new location at 2622 W. Jackson Avenue. Famous for their blueberry donuts and chicken biscuits with gravy, the restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
