UM Listening Sessions scheduled for Thursday

Members of the Board Search Committee leading the search for the next Chancellor of The University of Mississippi will hear from constituency groups in Campus Listening Sessions on Thursday at the University of Mississippi.
The discussions will center on the qualities and qualifications stakeholders believe the next institutional executive officer should possess.
The Oxford Listening Sessions will be held in the Inn at Ole Miss Ballroom on the Oxford Campus and will also be webcast.
The first 45-minute session for academic leaders will begin at 9 a.m. and will be followed by the faculty session at 10 a.m. staff and faculty/staff sessions will begin at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively. The student session is at 3 p.m. and the final session for alumni/community is at 4:15 p.m.
The Board of Trustees has also posted an Online Listening Session to gain additional feedback. The online survey is available through Thursday at http://www.mississippi.edu/ieo/um/online.asp.
