Oxford Flea celebrates new location

After months of searching and frequent requests from shoppers and vendors, Oxford Flea has moved to a more open space next to the big red barn at 486 Highway 6 West (between Crossroads Animal Hospital and Wellsgate, across from Shell).
“We are so thankful to our sponsor HottyToddy.com for helping to make this move possible,” said Liz Foster, co-owner of Oxford Flea. “We’ve been searching high and low for a place that was more visible for our vendors and more accessible to our shoppers.”
To kick off the new location, the Fosters will have a special Friday flea market Sept. 4 from 1-6 p.m. “We wanted to start the first Ole Miss football weekend off with a fun shopping event,” said co-owner Benjy Foster. “We’re hoping to welcome our regular shoppers as well as those traveling for the big game.”
The Sept. 4 event will be the sixth installment of Oxford Flea, an outdoor market that brings together arts, crafts, vintage, collectibles and food vendors from around North Mississippi, and is organized by husband- and-wife team Liz and Benjy Foster.
Limited space is still available for interested vendors, with 10X10 booths costing $20.
