OXFORD — Kennith “Kenny” Max McKibben, 69, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at Oxford Health and Rehab in Oxford. There are no plans for a memorial service at this time. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Born in Bruce, he had lived in the Oxford area since 1977. The owner of McKibben Heating and Cooling, he was self-employed. He was well-known in the community as a skilled and honest businessman. His hobby was working, training, trading and riding horses. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne McKibben of Oxford; three daughters, Heather Sullivan of Brentwood, Tennessee, Rebecca Hurt of Arlington, Tennessee, and Elizabeth McDougal of Taylor; two brothers, Mike McKibben of Bruce, and Dana McKibben of Oxford; and three grandchildren.
