MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Demerick D. “Rick” Toles, 29, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at UT-Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home in Oxford, which is in charge of arrangements.

A food service employee, he is survived by his parents Ozell “Ed” Toles and Mechell Toles of Collierville, Tennessee; brothers Derek Toles of Texas and Devin Toles of Memphis; paternal grandparents Robert and Ann Toles of Taylor and maternal grandparents Delores and S.T. Smith of Greenville.
