The Oxford Board of Aldermen recently appointed Ray Hill to the Oxford School District school board.

Hill, an attorney with Clayton O’Donnell law firm, has been an Oxford resident the past 20 years.

He was chosen out of five candidates who applied.

He will attend the first meeting of the board this month.
