The Oxford Police Department is investigating a strong-arm robbery that involved several juveniles last night.
Police responded at 11:30 p.m. to Robinson Road for a robbery. They spoke to the alleged victim who said five male juveniles approached him and three of the males assaulted him while the other two broke the windows out of his car. Two males pointed a weapon at him and demanded his wallet. The suspects then got back into their car and left the scene.
According to OPD, this incident is part of an ongoing dispute from a previous investigation where the alleged victim broke the windows out of a car belonging to one of the juvenile’s mother.
The suspects have been identified and the case will be handled in Youth Court.
