The Oxford Police Department arrested a Batesville man for allegedly using a stolen credit card.

According to reports, Tracy Joiner, 43, was seen on surveillance video using a previously reported stolen credit card at a gas station. He was arrested on Friday and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $5,000 bond.
