OXFORD – Corlis Page Broadway, 69, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Rester and the Rev. Warren Black officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Quitman County, he was retired from the Lower Mississippi Valley Division Corp of Engineers where he worked as the director of resource management and financial officer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and member of Oxford University United Methodist Church. He loved model trains and working trains and was an avid Ole Miss fan.

He is survived by his wife Reida Brown Broadway of Oxford and daughter Melissa Wingate of Laurel, New Jersey.
