Sinha named to Sewanee dean’s list

Alexandra Grace Sinha of Oxford has been named to the dean’s list at the University of the South for the Easter 2016 term.

To earn a place on Sewanee’s dean’s list, a student must earn a minimum grade point average of 3.625 on a 4.0 scale. Sinha is the daughter of Sharon L. Andrews and Hans P. Sinha.

Oxford native receives degree in Memphis

The University of Memphis awarded 2,416 degrees during commencement ceremonies May 7.

Oxford’s Green named to school dean’s list

Oxford native Thomas Green has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Memphis for the spring 2016 semester.

The University of Memphis is a learner-centered metropolitan research university.

Cox graduates from Hinds CC in spring

Hinds Community College graduated nearly 1,200 over three days of ceremonies in May.

Taylor Cox of Oxford was one of those graduates.

Those graduates received more than 1,500 certificates and degrees and some graduates received more than one credential.
