PSC to host public hearing in Oxford

Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced Tuesday that he will hold a public hearing regarding four sewer companies’ request to raise fees associated with the disconnection of service.
These four sewer companies include, Lakes of Oxford Utility Company, Shelby Place Utility of Oxford, Robertson Utilities of Oxford, and Taylor Greene water Processing.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at 10 a.m. at the Lafayette County Chancery Building located on North Lamar Boulevard.
Citizens with concerns or questions will be allowed to speak as public witnesses and have their comments placed on the official record of the case before the PSC.
