OXFORD — Oceal Joiner-Vaughn, 63, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, at her residence in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at West Springhill M.B. Church with burial in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held on Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Tallahatchie Oxford Missionary Baptist Association Building. Cooley Mortuary, assisted by Lavera Hodges, is in charge of arrangements.
