MOOREVILLE — Lyle E. Bishop, 69, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Lee Memorial Park. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 noon until service time at Lee Memorial Funeral Home in Tupelo, which is in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his children, Nicole Bishop of Tupelo, Kevin Holloway of Saltillo and Chad Bishop of Mooreville; sisters Nina Purcell of Sardis, Beulah Hosey of McGee, Clara Thomas of Bruce and Reta Jackson of Oxford; brothers Donald Bishop of Waterford and Kirby Bishop of Batesville; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
