OXFORD — Teresa Staggs, 59, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at her home in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at 12 p.m. in the chapel of Coleman Funeral Home with interment to follow at Crowder Cemetery in Crowder. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, from 10 a.m. until service time at Coleman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Staggs; son Robert Westbrook; and brothers Billy Joe Bell and Bobby Bell.

She is survived by sons William Westbrook Jr. and Steven Westbrook, both of Oxford; sister Sandra Fortune of Oxford; brothers Daniel Perkins of Oxford, Jerry Bell of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Johnny Bell of Missouri; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
