PEORIA, Illinois — Luzetta Carruthers, 91, formerly of Oxford, died March 21, 2017, at OSF Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Union Hill M.B. Church in Oxford with burial in the church cemetery.
