The Oxford School District is considering a bond proposal to build a new elementary school that will house first- and second-grade classrooms. That’s why school officials invite the public to provide input during a community meeting set for Monday at 6 p.m. at Oxford Middle School in Kayla Sue Mize Auditorium. Oxford Middle School is located at 222 Bramlett Boulevard in Oxford.
The community meeting is the last of three set for the public to attend and share input on the proposed bond referendum topic. School district leaders will use the public’s input during their decision-making process on a proposed bond referendum focused on enhancing learning spaces for all students, while improving the overall infrastructure of the community.
For those unable to attend the community meetings or anyone who would like to submit questions or provide commentary, feedback between meetings, they can visit www.oxfordsd.org/BondRef to do so through an online form.
