LifeLinc Corporation and Baptist Memorial Hospital—North Mississippi are proud to announce that LifeLinc has been awarded the Memphis Business Journal’s Small Business Award in the 51+ employee category. The Small Business Awards honor the dedication and the achievements of the Memphis area’s hard-working entrepreneurs and their growing companies. LifeLinc Anesthesia, a subsidiary of LifeLinc Corporation, serves as the sole provider of anesthesia services at Baptist North Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi, implementing their proven anesthesia management model to improve operating room efficiency and capacity.
“We are extremely honored and humbled to accept this award. It is our mission to ‘Change the Status Quo’ of healthcare by providing our patients with clinical excellence delivered through an efficient and safe perioperative experience,” said LifeLinc CEO Eric Callan. “LifeLinc’s successes come through the real-time implementation of our patient-centered values, as well as our exceptional clinical providers who uphold these standards of care daily.”
Since the company’s formation in 2003, LifeLinc has since expanded to provide clinical and administrative services in multiple healthcare specialties, including both interventional pain treatment and facility management. The company currently operates in eleven states and maintains its administrative headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.
LifeLinc President Dr. Greg Thompson explained that the company differs from most anesthesia providers in that its key leadership figures have extensive experience in clinical settings, as well as hospital management.
“We take pride in our anesthesia service providers and ensure that we allow them to work at the top of their license,” Thompson said. “We understand the value of strong physician leadership and the effort it takes to eliminate barriers in achieving efficient care.”
LifeLinc has provided anesthesia services at Baptist North Mississippi since April 2016.
“Baptist extends its congratulations on winning this prestigious award,” said Bill Henning, BMH-NM CEO and Administrator. “We are proud to have LifeLinc as a partner in providing excellent care to the residents of this community.”
