Robert Christopher Wall, age 50, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 at his home in Water Valley, Miss. Chris was born Nov. 2, 1967 in Jackson, Miss to Robert Wall and the late Paulette McLendon. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social work from the University of Mississippi, and was a devoted social worker at Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home for 25 years.  Chris was a member of Gatewood Church of God in Coffeeville, Miss.

Services are planned for Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at 3 p.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Freddie Moorman officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to service time with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley.

Chris is survived by his wife of 14 years, Brenda Wall of Water Valley, Miss; two daughters, Alicia Bounds of Water Valley, Miss and Lisa Wiginton (John) of Abbeville, Miss; two sons, Jimmy Vanderford (Jen) of Water Valley, Miss and Jason Vanderford of Memphis, Tenn; his father, Bob Wall of Ridgeland, Miss; one sister, Sherrelle Terrell of Jackson, Miss; his grandmother, Lavelle McLendon of Jackson; a special friend, Tammy Hayles; and 14 grandchildren.
