Man charged with burglarizing Student Christian Center

A Lafayette County man was arrested Thursday for allegedly breaking into the Alpha Omega Student Christian Center at least three times.
According to the Oxford Police Department, on Dec. 4, 9 and 11, the center, located at 409 West Jackson Avenue was burglaries and more than $2,000 was reported missing.
On Dec. 13, with assistance from the Lafayette County Metro Narcotics Unit, Joshua Flemons, 26, of Lafayette County was identified as the suspect. He was arrested and charged with three counts of commercial burglary and booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.
