Wanda Renick DeLoach, 87, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at Oxford Health and Rehab in Oxford, Miss. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Dickinson officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Hickory Flat, Miss. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born in Hickory Flat, Miss., to the late Leslie Everett and Maggie Moody Renick, Mrs. DeLoach was retired from Bell South where she served as a supervisor over service representatives in Memphis, Tenn. where she was a former resident. She was a member of College Hill Heights Baptist Church and a former member of LaBelle Haven Baptist Church in Memphis where she actively worked in Vacation Bible School, the nursery and as a greeter. She also participated in the Telephone Pioneers and was a Union Steward for CWA. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Scott.
Survivors include her daughters, Ann Holman and her husband, Sonny of The Villages, Fla., Gayle Keel and her husband, Larry of Millington, Tenn., and Brenda Weaver and her husband, Gary of Oxford, Miss.; sister, Edna Grace Douglas of Del City, Okla.; brothers, Delma Renick and his wife, Margie of Tupelo, Miss. and Roger Renick of Hickory Flat, Miss.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
