Ulysses “Coach” Howell, 69, Alderman for City of Oxford and retired teacher and principal for the Oxford School District, died Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Baptist East-Memphis, Tennessee.

 

Visitation will be Friday, May 17, 2019, from 10 a.m.to 6 p.m. at L. Hodges Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m.  at the Tallahatchie Oxford Missionary Baptist Association Building with burial in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. L Hodges Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
