Martha Ann Smith, 82, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at Ruleville Nursing and Rehab Center in Ruleville, Miss. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date.

 Mrs. Smith was born in Oxford to the late Van Wells and Kathleen Nelson Smith.  She is survived by a sister, Carolyn Kachelein, of Water Valley, Miss.; a brother, Phillip Nelson, and his wife, Jan, of Madison, Miss., and several nieces and nephews.
