A man is in custody in Lafayette County following reports of making terroristic threats.

On July 15, an affidavit was filed in Justice Court on Damon Boyle, 25, for making of a terroristic threat. Boyle was arrested in Pontotoc County and transported to Lafayette County.

The sheriff’s department did not provide information regarding the nature of the threats allegedly made by Boyle.

He is currently awaiting an initial appearance with Lafayette County Justice Court.
