LCSD arrest, charge man with Embezzlement

On Wednesday, January 12, 2022, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a possible embezzlement at the Oxford Apartment Cove.
After investigating the allegation, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Steve R. Bessonette, 38, for the charge of Embezzlement.
Bessonette was given a $2,500 bond by Lafayette County Justice Court.
