Until  Dec. 18, residents of Oxford are invited to participate by filling shoeboxes with various items intended for seniors. The suggested items include warm clothing accessories such as socks, gloves, hats and scarves, as well as blankets and nonperishable food items like soup, crackers, peanut butter and granola bars.
